If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we will be frustrated. For most items in a new state, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

1. Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website, stating the item and reason you want to return. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the returned items in the original packaging.
3. Deliver your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package. If we do not notify you in advance of the refund to your payment account, we will refund to your wallet. The e-wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
